The individual assessment
What each director sees, and only they see: a score in each of six domains, the two to work on first, and a development plan generated from their own result. No name reaches the board.
The board report
Twenty-eight A4 pages: method and limits, the six domains, individual dispersion, coverage, the regulatory calendar and a twelve-month development agenda.
The development programme
Thirty-three slides, three days, fourteen modules, three live labs and two simulations — built from the gaps the report found.
